Roco Kingdom is a free-to-play, open-world creature-collector from Morefun Studios, published globally by Tencent Games. You play as a Roco — a new student at the magic academy — travelling the continent of Carosia to find, catch and bond with Jinies. It runs on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, iOS and Android, with cross-platform play.
Combat is turn-based rather than action-based: every Jini works from a 10-energy reserve, and skills run on a counter loop — attacks interrupt status effects, status effects break through defence, and defence answers attacks. Class matchups decide more of a fight than raw stats, and Morefun have said plainly that there is no pay-to-win: every Jini can be obtained by playing.

Yes. Roco Kingdom is free to play on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, iOS and Android. Jinies are caught in the open world with Pods rather than pulled from a gacha banner, and Morefun have described the monetisation as cosmetic-only.
